THE COMPANY

About LEND

Switzerlend AG was founded in 2015 in Zürich by Florian Kübler and Michel Lalive with a clear mission: make finance fair. Their platform, LEND.ch, connects borrowers directly with investors — cutting out the bank as intermediary. The result: lower interest rates for borrowers and better returns for investors. Today, LEND is the leading personal-loan crowdlending platform in Switzerland. The numbers speak for themselves: CHF 563M+ in fair financing, over 132,000 customers, and CHF 5.3M in unnecessary interest saved. The company is a registered financial intermediary and member of SRO Polyreg.
THE CHALLENGE

What they wanted to achieve

01 Unified Asset Class Management Enable the management of Series C1 tokens within a single, centralized tool to simplify administration, improve transparency, and streamline the investor experience.
02 Enable Secondary Trading Provide investors with the ability to buy and sell assets on a secondary market, improving liquidity and making previously illiquid investments more flexible and accessible.
THE SOLUTION

How they did it

01 Crowdinvesting
LEND launched a crowdinvesting campaign on OOMNIUM, offering C1 preferred shares with voting rights and liquidation preference, targeting CHF 1.5M (CHF 1.25M pre-committed). The campaign raised CHF 2.51M from 264 investors (167% of target). Shares were tokenized by Aktionariat and issued as LENDS tokens on Ethereum as ledger-based securities under Swiss DLT law (OR Art. 973d).
02 Investor Page
After the campaign, LEND activated Aktionariat’s ecosystem, shifting from a one-time raise to continuous equity infrastructure. They launched an Investor Page at shares.lend.ch for direct investment and trading. As Co-Founder Florian Kübler explains, it provides a true secondary market where market mechanics, rather than the issuing company, show the value.
03 Issuer Portal
The management team uses the Issuer Portal for real-time shareholder registry management, transaction oversight, and compliance reporting. LEND manages six share classes in a single tool combining an overview of traditional and tokenized shares.
THE RESULTS

What changed

Since launching with Aktionariat in June 2024, Switzerlend has onboarded 282 shareholders through tokenized equity — giving its own crowd a direct stake in the platform they helped build. The company now carries a market cap of CHF 48.4M, with both Direct Investment and Secondary Trading active on its Investor Page.
“As a start-up investor myself, I am only too familiar with the illiquidity of shares. Aktionariat provides a well working approach to overcome illiquidity and lets investors trade shares before exit. A true breakthrough!”
