Using your Investor Card

Sending shares to your Investor Card

You can send shares, Ether or any other Ethereum-based ERC20 token to your Investor Card address, the same way you can send those to any other Ethereum address.

Note that you will need to have some Ether in your account, where you are sending the shares from. This is needed to cover for the Ethereum network transaction cost.

  1. Select the token you want to send (e.g. DAKS) from the Portfolio tab
  2. Select from the Positions your device address where your shares are located
  3. Click the Send button on the position screen

You have selected the position to transfer the shares from. If you have multiple positions that you want to transfer to your Investor Card, you will need to send transaction for each of this source positions. It is not possible to transfer multiple positions from multiple addresses to an account at once.

  1. Select "Own Address" as "To Address"
  2. Tap on "SELECT" on the right of the selected address, and select your Investor Card Wallet address in the pop-up that opens.
  1. Enter the amount of shares you want to transfer to the Investor Card. You can tap "MAX" to send all shares in the source address you have selected.
  2. Tap SEND to initiate the transaction.
  3. You will be shown a confirmation screen, where you can check your transaction one last time. If everything looks OK, tap on "CONFIRM" to finalize the transaction.

The transaction will be signed and sent to the blockchain network for confirmation. After a couple of seconds, your shares will arrive in your Investor Card.

After a couple of minutes, you should be able to see the change under the "Positions" list in the second screen above.

Using your Investor Card

You can use your Investor Card anywhere you are able to use your mobile wallet or any other imported wallet. Such as:

  • Using it in the in-app browser that connects automatically to the Brokerbot on any page, for buying or selling shares. Simply tap the "Connected Wallet" icon on the top right and select the Investor Card in the popup where you are required to select a new connection address.
  • Connect to the Brokerbot or any other WalletConnect compatible dApp by scanning the QR code. In the "Session Confirmation" popup that opens, there is a row where you can select the address to connect with. Tap "CHANGE" and select your Investor Card address.

When connecting or signing transactions using the Investor Card, you will see an additional step where you need to tap your card and enter your access code.
